Send your message to [email protected]. It helps if you tell us which page you mean and, for a correction, where you saw the newer information. There is no contact form on this site, so nothing you write is stored in a database: it arrives in our mailbox and nowhere else.

What only Wildies can handle

We are an independent review site and have no access to casino accounts. Questions about a deposit, a withdrawal, a bonus balance, verification documents or a locked account can only be answered by Wildies itself. Its support team is available through live chat on the Wildies site and by e-mail, around the clock, and complaints receive an answer within 28 days at the latest under the Wildies terms.

When you contact Wildies, have your username, the date and amount of the transaction and any reference number ready. It shortens the conversation considerably.

How we answer

Every message is read by a member of the editorial team, not by an automated system. We answer in the language you write in, English or Dutch, and we keep the reply short and to the point. If your message is about a correction, we tell you whether we changed the page and why. We do not share your e-mail address with Wildies or anyone else, and we never use it for marketing.

Messages that ask us to promote another casino, to publish a code or to change a score in return for payment are not answered.
