Wildies login step by step

Signing in works the same on a computer, a tablet and a phone. There is one form and one set of details for the whole site, so the casino, the live casino and the sportsbook all open with the same account.

If the form refuses your details, check for a stray capital letter or a space at the end of the e-mail address before you reset anything. The terms treat every action taken with correct login details as your own, so a login you do not recognise is a reason to contact live chat straight away and ask for the account to be locked.

Creating a Wildies account

Registration takes three steps. You press Sign Up in the top right corner, pick an e-mail address and a password, check that every detail is correct and accept the terms and conditions. The account is ready as soon as the form is sent.

Two rules apply from the first minute. You must be 18 or older, and each person may hold one account only. The one-account rule reaches further than it sounds: it covers relatives, a shared home address, a shared device and a shared payment method, and a second account can cost both of them their bonuses and winnings.

Use your real name and address from the start. Wildies checks them against your documents later, and only an obvious typing mistake in a name, such as Adrew for Andrew, can be corrected afterwards.

Password rules and a forgotten password

The Wildies help centre asks for a password of at least eight characters with a lowercase letter and a number, and the terms add a special character to that list. A password that meets both, such as a short phrase with a digit and a symbol, will pass the form first time. Change it now and then, and never share it.

If you are not logged in

Press Login, then the Forgot your password link under the form. A reset link then goes to the e-mail address linked to your account. When nothing arrives within a few minutes, look in the spam or junk folder before asking again.

If you are logged in

Open Personal Info and Balance from the person icon in the top left corner and choose Change password. The same reset e-mail goes out, and the new password works from the next sign-in.

The Wildies app on iPhone and Android

There is no Wildies app in the App Store or on Google Play. The site is the app: it is built for phones, and every part of Wildies, from the lobby and the cashier to the account pages and the sportsbook, works in Safari, Chrome and other mobile browsers without a download.

To keep it one tap away, add it to your home screen. On an iPhone, open the site in Safari, tap the share button and choose Add to Home Screen. On Android, open it in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu and choose Add to Home screen. The icon then opens the site full screen, and because it is the website itself, there is never an update to install.

A home-screen icon also saves you from lookalike pages. Opening Wildies from the same icon every time means you always type your password into the real site.

Inside My Account

Everything about your money and your play sits in the My Account section, opened from the person icon in the top left corner. It is worth a look before the first deposit, because the tools you may want later are already there.

The round number in Game History is the one support asks for if a prize looks wrong. Wildies checks such cases within 48 working hours and, if needed, passes them to the game studio.

A large win can also trigger a check of the game session before it is paid. The help centre calls this standard practice at every online casino: it rules out a technical fault or any manipulation, and it runs faster when your documents are already approved.

Verification documents, one by one

Verification, the KYC check, sets the pace of your first withdrawal. All uploads go through the KYC section of My Account, and doing them straight after sign-up means a win later waits for nothing.

• Identity: two colour photos, one of each side, of your passport, driving licence, identity card or residence permit, fully readable; for a passport only the photo page
• Address: one colour image of a bank statement no older than three months, with your name, address, issue date and the bank's logo on it
• Payment card: photos of the front and back of each card, with the name, the first six and last four digits, the expiry date and the bank logo visible, and the CVV and middle six digits covered
• Crypto wallet: one image of the wallet details showing your name, user ID and wallet ID
• Bank account: one document from the last six months showing your name, IBAN, BIC and the bank's logo

You may hide any other information on a statement with a strip of paper or with editing software; only the listed details must stay visible. For virtual cards the rules are lighter: one front image is enough, and if you used several virtual cards from the same physical card, one of them proves the lot. Wildies can also ask for a selfie, a short verification call or proof of where your funds came from before paying out.

Changing your details

Most changes go through support by e-mail or live chat, and each one needs a little proof so that nobody else can take over the account.

• A new address: send it with a bank statement from the last three months that shows it.
• A new e-mail address: write from the new address with your full name, the old and the new e-mail, the date and amount of your last deposit or withdrawal, and photos of your ID.
• Marketing e-mails: ask support to switch them off; it takes effect at once.

Names are the exception. Only an obvious typing mistake can be fixed, which is one more reason to fill in the form carefully the first time.

When a game or the site will not open

Most loading problems have a simple cause. Work through this list before you write to support:

1. Check that your internet connection is stable.
2. Turn off any VPN; the terms do not allow one, and it can block games.
3. Clear the cache and cookies of your browser.
4. Restart the device.
5. Try another browser, then another device.

If a game still refuses to start, send support the name of the game and the device you use. A deposit that has left your bank but has not reached the balance after 30 minutes is a separate case: send the payment proof through live chat and the team traces it.

Limits, cooling-off and closing the account

The account comes with tools to keep play in proportion. Deposit limits per day, week or month are set through live chat or e-mail; a new daily cap applies from tomorrow, a weekly cap from the coming Monday and a monthly cap from the first day of next month. The cooling-off switch sits at the bottom of Personal Data and Balance, reached through the three-bar menu in the top left corner.

To close the account, ask support. It can only be closed when the real balance is 5 EUR or less and no withdrawal is pending, so cash out first. A closed account can be reopened on request from the e-mail or phone number linked to it, except when it was closed for good for responsible gaming reasons or while a chosen exclusion period is still running.

An account left untouched for twelve months counts as dormant, and a fee of 10 EUR a month can then be charged while money remains on it. A small withdrawal before a long break avoids that entirely.
